As a guest service agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless interactions between guests and our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly and personalized service to guests at all times.
  • Assist guests with enquiries and complaints, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Check guests in and out accurately and on time, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
  • Greet guests warmly and use their name to build rapport and establish a positive relationship.
  • Handle guest enquiries and provide local information, including directions to nearby attractions.
  • Take reservations and answer phone calls professionally, responding promptly to guest queries.
  • Organise guest messages and mail delivery efficiently, ensuring timely and secure transmission.
  • Record guest comments and update accounts accurately, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Reconcile cashier floats and document transactions regularly, adhering to financial protocols and standards.
  • Carry out foreign currency transactions accurately, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collect payment and issue receipts promptly, maintaining transparency and fairness in all financial interactions.
  • Update guest details on our property management system (PMS), ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
  • Brief non-members on loyalty program features and sign them up, promoting engagement and loyalty among our guests.
  • Ensure a thorough handover of information to team members, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Read communication material and action special requests promptly, demonstrating attention to detail and proactive approach.
  • Maintain the front desk's cleanliness and presentation, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for our guests.
