We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our product suite.

Job Description

We are the original end-to-end business technology provider for estate agencies of all sizes, helping sales and lettings agents build relationships and grow their businesses for over 25 years. Our technology connects property professionals with buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords to power the relationships that change lives.

You will be responsible for maintaining frequent and high-level customer engagement at an enterprise level, meeting expected net revenue retention, expanding our product suite, and mitigating churn.

Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations of enterprise accounts, collaborating with internal teams, planning and delivering key projects, and escalating customer requests.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3-5 year's experience in a similar role
  • Real Estate Industry experience
  • Strategic solutions approach, with a hunger to grow customer spend and maintain revenue
  • Team player with strong work ethic and self-motivation
