  • Identify, qualify, and nurture key relationships with decision-makers, understand client needs, deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Maintain and develop executive-level relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including channel, marketing, product, and customer success to ensure exceptional client experiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that benefit both parties.
  • Provide accurate forecasting, account planning, and sales forecasts to stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Travel as necessary to meet clients and attend relevant events.
