About the Role
The Onboarding Success Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a team, ensuring new restaurant partners are set up for success within their first 56 days on our platform. Key responsibilities include managing a small team, providing guidance and coaching to drive results, and utilising data analysis tools to identify areas for improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5 people responsible for early restaurant experience (first 56 days)
- Manage setup quality for new restaurants across menus and photography
- Collaborate with the Sales team to ensure SLAs are met on New Restaurant Experience (onboarding and account success)
Requirements
- Process-driven with a focus on continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to utilise data analysis tools
