Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative acquisition marketing campaigns to drive small business subscription growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage localisation efforts to ensure campaigns resonate with SMBs in various regions and languages.
  • Analyse campaign performance, continuously test and optimise to improve ROI and conversion outcomes.
  • Leverage customer insights and market data to refine strategies and enhance the customer journey.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in acquisition/growth marketing, with a proven ability to manage and optimise campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Experience in running global marketing campaigns, with an understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
  • Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
