EACH Victoria seeks an experienced Speech Pathologist to join our diverse team of professionals. As an Early Years Specialist, you will deliver supports to families, empower them with coaching skills, and connect children and families with their community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-informed best practice to support families in achieving their goals
  • Tailor support options using assessments, observations, and understanding of child development
  • Empower families and caregivers through coaching and skill-building
  • Connect children and families with their community for inclusion and participation
  • Maintain thorough records of conversations, developmental progress, and goals
  • Guide families through NDIS plan application, implementation, and funding processes

About the Role:

This full-time position offers flexible working options and no billable hours. You will have the opportunity to work from home, our Ipswich office, or within the community. We offer compensation up to $18,550 per year through salary packaging, flexibility to work full-time/part-time, and access to professional development opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Degree in Speech Pathology
  • Expert knowledge in child development and ability to identify developmental issues
  • Proven track record supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities
  • Comprehensive knowledge of NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention best practice principles

Salary: Up to $90,000 per annum (estimated), depending on qualifications and experience
