At EACH Victoria, we are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Speech Pathology Specialist to join our team of allied health professionals. This role is ideal for a passionate and experienced Speech Pathologist who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver tailored support services to families, using evidence-informed best practices to help achieve their goals.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and observations to identify developmental needs and provide personalized support options.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and professionals to empower them with skills and confidence to support children's development.
- Foster connections between children, families, and their community, promoting inclusivity and participation in daily life activities.
Requirements
- A qualification in Speech Pathology.
- Expert knowledge of child development and ability to identify developmental issues.
- Proven experience in supporting families and children with developmental delays/disabilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of the NDIS Early Childhood Approach and early childhood intervention principles.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
