Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a boutique professional HR Consultancy.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, identifying and recruiting potential candidates using various sourcing methods, evaluating resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Source and engage potential candidates through multiple channels
  • Evaluate applicant materials and conduct thorough interviews
  • Determine the best fit for open positions based on skills and experience
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Deep understanding of 3PL, company-based Supply Chain, Warehousing, and Logistics (mandatory)
  • Ability to approach new clients and manage ongoing relationships
  • Capacity to work cross-functionally with HR Consulting professionals
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and process optimization
  • Australian working rights required
