We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in identifying and recruiting top talent for various positions across the supply chain logistics industry.

In this exciting opportunity, you will have the chance to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, leveraging your expertise in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methods to find the best candidates for our open positions. Your exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to effectively evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit our needs.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Identifying and recruiting top talent through various sourcing methods
  • Evaluating resumes and applications to ensure they meet our requirements
  • Conducting interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for our positions
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilizing ATS to streamline the recruitment process and improve efficiency


To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven direct experience as a talent acquisition specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)

  • Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
