We are seeking a skilled and compassionate individual to join our team, working closely with local communities to provide resources and support for personal and professional growth.

About This Role

As a Support Mentor, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our programs. Your responsibilities will include facilitating workshops for school students and learner drivers, and effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Duties:
  • Deliver sessions to Aboriginal students in partner schools.
  • Maintain respectful relationships with community members and consult on their needs.
  • Incorporate local knowledge, protocols, and practices into activities.
  • Identify and promote employment opportunities.
  • Support participants with training and employment activities.
  • Assist with digital literacy, job applications, mock interviews, and job search seminars.
  • Facilitate solutions to barriers to full participation.
  • Assist participants with obtaining driver's licenses.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
