Job Overview

We are seeking a qualified professional to join our multidisciplinary clinical team in Dubbo or Bathurst, NSW. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals and groups.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-tier mental health services, working closely with healthcare professionals.
  • Create and implement new mental health services tailored to local community needs, including culturally sensitive programs.
  • Engage with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, connecting them with relevant youth, health, and support services.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to build strong networks of support for those needing mental health care.
  • Embrace technology to deliver services and improve access to care.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss best practices and enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or other allied health discipline recognized by the tertiary mental health sector.
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), or relevant professional body.
  • Experience or interest in delivering evidence-based treatments for people with mental illness, particularly behavioral and CBT interventions.
  • Comfortable using clinical software and technology to streamline work.
