Housing Officer Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team, providing a range of tenancy and property management services for social and affordable homes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting lease sign-ups
  • Routine inspections
  • Ensuring accurate information in our system
  • Following up client enquiries and complaints
  • Maintaining close contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
  • Working closely with the Support Coordinator to ensure clients receive necessary support

Requirements:

  • Experience in tenancy and property management or community services
  • Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
  • Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
  • A current drivers licence
  • Able to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check
