We are seeking a dedicated Housing Officer to join our team, providing a range of tenancy and property management services for social and affordable homes.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting lease sign-ups
- Routine inspections
- Ensuring accurate information in our system
- Following up client enquiries and complaints
- Maintaining close contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Working closely with the Support Coordinator to ensure clients receive necessary support
Requirements:
- Experience in tenancy and property management or community services
- Knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- Excellent administrative, planning and organisational skills
- A current drivers licence
- Able to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check
