This is a rewarding position to lead a team that supports the Aboriginal community in improving their health and wellbeing.
About The Role- The role is within a newly established team, working in a supportive environment to provide referrals, assistance and support during appointments.
- You will collaborate with broader health teams and report to a Coordinator – Mental Health Services.
- Supported with professional development opportunities and cultural mentoring.
- To lead a team of professionals providing services to the community.
- To work collaboratively with health teams to improve access to services.

Working effectively as part of a team, you will make a positive impact on the lives of Aboriginal people. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the community.
As a leader, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in leadership, management and cultural competency. You will also have the chance to work closely with other health teams to improve access to services and support the Aboriginal community.
