
Operational Key Account Manager

We are seeking an accomplished Air Logistics Manager to drive standardization and scalability of operational processes.
- Key responsibilities include driving process improvements, assigning clear ownership, eliminating overdue tasks, creating and maintaining product backlogs, and defining user stories.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to support business requirements, ensure SOPs, WIs, and templates are up-to-date, and accessible by stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills and a proactive approach to process improvement, ensuring seamless customer service and delivery excellence.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in freight forwarding, sea logistics, or transportation operations.
Strong knowledge of import/export processes, international trade regulations, and security protocols is essential. Proven ability to manage operational performance for strategic key accounts, skilled in KPI analysis, performance reporting, and driving corrective actions is required.
- Candidate must be able to lead cross-functional collaboration between sales, operations, and global account teams.
- Familiarity with automation tools, CRM platforms, and structured documentation practices is necessary.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, capable of managing escalations, conducting QBRs, and supporting RFQs are vital.
