About the Role

This position involves providing expert care to individuals in need of rehabilitation services.

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will work closely with clients to develop personalized rehabilitation plans that cater to their unique needs and goals.

The role requires strong clinical reasoning skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing rehabilitation plans, and monitoring progress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct holistic assessments to identify client needs and goals
  • Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
  • Monitor and evaluate client progress
Requirements
  • Current registration or membership with relevant industry bodies (AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC/RCAA or AASW)
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, Osteopathy or Social Work
  • Australian Citizenship
  • Strong clinical reasoning
  • Ability to engage across multidisciplinary teams
  • Passion for helping people rehabilitate
