Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Administration Officer to provide administrative support to our sales team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collect, compile agenda items and required documents, attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on activities.
  • Prepare and distribute regular business reports to managers and territory managers.
  • Compile and consolidate ANZ sales data and forecast sheets for sales management.
  • Coordinate monthly updates and distributions of organizational charts.
  • Assist with coordination and catering arrangements for staff training and events.
  • Reconcile expenses via Concur (expense management system).
  • Manage office stationery, petty cash, and mail supplies.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar administration position.
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to help the team where necessary.
