Coach and Talent Specialist - Gold Coast

This is your chance to support grassroots coaches and help shape the future of cricket in the Gold Coast region.

About the Role

As a Coach & Talent Specialist, you'll focus on developing and supporting Junior Community coaches to create exceptional experiences for volunteers and players with the ultimate goal of keeping more young people playing cricket.

In this role, you will:

  • Build and maintain strong community networks through in-person support.
  • Drive retention activities across the Australian Junior Cricket Pathway.
  • Provide coaches with resources and up-to-date information to deliver quality programs.
  • Support clubs and associations in running high-quality programs, training, and competitions.
