This role supports the development and delivery of quality change interventions and artefacts, including communications, stakeholder engagement, impact assessments, learning, change readiness, metrics, and evaluation for our bankers. Artefacts are aligned with strategic narratives.
Recommending opportunities, change mitigations, and engagement strategies to adapt the change approach and support program delivery.
Supporting change governance, planning, and reporting requirements.
Identifying initiative/project impacts within and outside our organization. Analyzing and communicating impacts across value chains with the right stakeholders at the right time.
Supporting performance measurement and leveraging data/metrics to make informed decisions and guide iterative change.
Participating in workshops to understand change requirements and activities supporting positive customer/employee experiences.
Developing BAU transition plans and supporting handover of change activities to the business.
To succeed, bring:
- Previous experience (3+ years) as a Change Analyst/Manager or similar position, covering project/change methodologies e.g., Agile/Traditional.
- Succesfully delivered program change activities with quality outcomes.
- Experience identifying change impacts/risks, developing/executing targeted change interventions.
- Demonstrated collaborative working with stakeholders.
