- Lead a team of professional engineers, project managers and project supervisors to deliver key port infrastructure sustaining capital projects.">
- Oversee planned and routine infrastructure maintenance to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, Australian standards and asset management objectives.">
Key responsibilities:
">- ">
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Services team through workload planning in line with budget, timeframe and quality expectations.">
- Coordinate work activities for infrastructure R&M delivery through contractor coordinators.">
- Plan upcoming and future projects to be delivered within the Asset Services team.">
- Contribute to 5-year business planning and 30-year capital planning process.">
- Undertake and coordinate entire project lifecycle of the Capital and Major Maintenance works program.">
- Strategic manage major infrastructure service contractors.">
About you
">- ">
- You have a tertiary qualification in engineering, ideally in civil engineering or another discipline with significant civil project experience.">
- You have proven experience in delivering capital works programs with multiple small to medium projects running concurrently.">
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills from a project/program management perspective.">
- Experienced people leader with strong communication skills and focus on building positive employee engagement.">
- Committed to highest standards of health and safety and continuous improvement mindset.">
- Ability to build and nurture productive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.">
