Expert Infrastructure Project Leader

About the Role

Our team operates across five specialist divisions: civil infrastructure, energy, ports & maritime, water, and social infrastructure. Our experienced professionals from engineering backgrounds lead teams with strong communication skills, building trusted relationships, and navigating complex stakeholder environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage infrastructure projects with technical capability, stakeholder confidence, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Lead teams with strategic thinking, problem-solving, and adaptability.
  • Drive project outcomes with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering strategic results.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred.
  • 8+ years experience in managing infrastructure projects.
  • RPEQ or CPEng accreditation (or working towards it would also be highly regarded).
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
