Port Infrastructure Project Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in support of a major port infrastructure project in Queensland, Australia.



About the Role
  • This is a unique opportunity to contribute your expertise in structural engineering and asset management to a critical infrastructure project.
  • You will work on-site to conduct structural assessments, develop remediation scopes, and provide strategic advice on structural integrity management.
  • Collaborate with our experienced engineering team to fill knowledge gaps and mentor junior engineers.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering (B.Eng.).
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering, particularly in marine and port infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, bulk material handling, and civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of structural risk management and remediation strategies.
  • Prior experience working on-site in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage the structural integrity of large-scale industrial assets.
  • FIFO flexibility within Queensland or NSW (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor junior engineers.
