Structural Integrity Specialist

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a key role for a major port infrastructure project in Queensland.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting on-site structural assessments, developing remediation scopes, and providing strategic advice on structural integrity management. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a team of experienced engineers and contribute to the development of long-term structural strategies.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct structural condition assessments to evaluate asset performance.
  2. Develop and implement remediation plans to improve structural integrity.
  3. Provide expert advice on structural risk management and asset maintenance.
  4. Collaborate with the engineering team to fill knowledge gaps and ensure compliance with Australian standards.
  5. Engage with stakeholders to align engineering solutions with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil & Structural Engineering.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in structural engineering, particularly in marine and port infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience in asset management, bulk material handling, and civil construction.
  • Strong understanding of structural risk management and remediation strategies.
  • Prior experience working on-site in an operational environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and manage the structural integrity of large-scale industrial assets.
