Expert Workday HCM Consultant

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the implementation and operation of Workday HCM. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the platform and its applications, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Become an expert in Workday HCM and Learning products with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
  • Recommend solutions based on client requirements, timeframe, and flexibility to adapt scope as needed.
  • Guide clients through facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and unique business requirements.
  • Regularly engage and support clients through project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM solution.
  • Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping clients and project team informed of changes or progress.
  • Work alongside integration teams to configure and test integrations between Workday solution and selected payroll and benefits providers.
  • Display hands-on expertise of software, including loading customer data, moving configuration, and configuring business processes and security.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, HRIS, or related field.
  • 2+ years of Workday HCM and Learning functional implementation experience.
  • 2-5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint programs.
