Transforming spaces into vibrant hubs of activity is a key aspect of this role. As the Tournament Spaces Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for bringing empty areas to life by creating high-performing environments for players, workforce, and tournament operations.

The scope of this position includes managing every detail of temporary infrastructure and fit-out, from furniture and finishes to services and signage.

  • Develop and implement creative solutions for transforming raw spaces into fully functional zones
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of temporary fit-outs and services across the precinct
  • Collaborate with suppliers, designers, and contractors to deliver innovative and compliant overlay solutions
  • Oversee logistics, timelines, and project reporting to ensure seamless execution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in delivering fit-out or temporary infrastructure for major events, venues, or large-scale activations
  • A deep understanding of what makes a space effective, including furniture, materials, power, signage, and finishing touches
  • Ability to interpret overlay plans and design drawings confidently
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling coordination with suppliers, management of contractors, and building trust with stakeholders
  • Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable managing timelines, budgets, and project reporting
