Asset Planning Officer

As an Asset Planning Officer, you will be responsible for facilitating processes that lead to the formulation and monitoring of asset management strategies.

You will track and report on delivery to ensure effective implementation of Secretary and sector-managed asset plans.

This rewarding role involves collaborating within the Specialist Accommodation team in the Asset Lifecycle Planning Unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet submissions and agency documents.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate partnership approaches.
  • Managing project procurement and ensuring timely completion to stakeholder satisfaction.
