Job Title: Strategic Asset Manager

Job Description:
  • Manage the daily and long-term strategic planning of assets across various business units.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure cost efficiencies through purchasing, delivery, and installation.
  • Oversee the placement, removal, transfer, changeover, maintenance, and repairs of store and customer site-based assets.
  • Record asset management data and conduct regular audits.
  • Coordinate training on equipment use and maintenance.
  • Develop reports and performance reviews.
New Store Initiatives:
  • Assist with asset orders and placement.
  • Coordinate communication between teams and external agencies.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular field visits.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience in asset administration or retail operations.
  • Experience managing projects and securing cost savings.
  • Intermediate skills in MS Office applications.
