Strategic Asset Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Strategic Asset Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the performance of a premium portfolio of office assets across two states, delivering exceptional experiences and sustainable returns for investors.

The successful candidate will have overall strategic management of the portfolio, overseeing and driving performance in line with the fund's strategic objectives. You will develop and execute a strategic investment plan, ensuring delivery of investment returns, identifying key risks and opportunities to capitalise on growth and enhance returns.

To succeed in this role, you will require extensive experience in premium grade office asset management, leasing, and property investment. A strong commercial mindset with outstanding financial management and lease negotiation skills, as well as a track record of maximising revenue and minimising expenses, will be essential.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing a strategic investment plan to deliver investment returns;
  • Overseeing and driving performance of the portfolio, in line with the fund's strategic objectives;
  • Identifying key risks and opportunities to capitalise on growth and enhance returns;
  • Maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including investors, tenants, and other external parties.
