The Opportunity

This key leadership role supports the development of a disciplined maintenance approach, facilitates cross-functional relationships, and provides guidance for all maintenance roles.

As a leader in this position, you'll collaborate with manufacturing teams to drive coordination and development of asset implementation plans and schedules based on asset strategy and production schedules.

The primary objective is to ensure area asset management meets business requirements through governance over systems, planning, scheduling, and execution.

Responsibilities include driving sustained improvement in process, identifying potential improvements, facilitating solution development and implementation, and managing major projects.

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll focus on delivering process and asset performance improvements. Your contributions will enhance machine safety and performance, enabling world-class product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll contribute to safety, quality, and sustained improvement of our assets. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and planning equipment maintenance strategy and delivery compliance for optimal asset output
  • Analyzing reports and implementing asset improvement plans for the plant
  • Leading your team to develop improvement plans, including deployment of leading-edge maintenance practices and technology
  • Reviewing future work priorities and opportunities with other maintenance team streams
Requirements

We're looking for an engaging leader passionate about planning and developing strategic capability within their team. Ideal candidates possess:

  • Electrical or mechanical trade background or relevant engineering discipline and experience
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or similar environment
  • Leadership and guidance ensuring their team follows manufacturing excellence targets
  • Experience within an industrial maintenance environment, including exposure to maintenance systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Strong customer focus and ability to deal with ambiguity and change
  • Passion for continuous improvement
