Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set strategic goals and priorities aligned with the Critical Comms Management Team.
- Support the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies to drive revenue growth and margin maximization.
- Cultivate relationships with potential new customers and User Agencies to establish strong partnerships.
- Represent the organization at internal and external meetings to ensure effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
