Key Responsibilities:- Develop Strategic People Plans: Create comprehensive plans to achieve business objectives and deliver results.
- Partner with Senior Leaders: Collaborate with senior leaders and their teams to develop talent strategies that support our growth.
- Consult and Counsel: Function as a trusted advisor to key leaders and their organizations, engaging in strategic planning meetings to translate business needs into HR plans.
- Business Analytics: Review and analyze business metrics, including retention and employee experience data, to recommend systemic improvements.
As a People Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing people plans and solutions to achieve business objectives. You will partner with senior leaders and their teams to develop talent strategies that support our growth. Your expertise will be crucial in driving exceptional growth and customer-centricity at our organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. You should be able to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions. Experience in human resources or a related field is highly desirable.
