Job Description

This role will focus on servicing demands and value delivery expectations for national corporate and mid-tier accounts.

  • Facilitate and manage joint business plans and forums with major National Food Care customers.
  • Develop and implement customer engagement programs at national and state/site levels.
  • Manage business relationships with key decision makers to deliver aligned services and maximize profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting customer engagement surveys to review service and value provided.
  • Identifying and managing Deals and Offers programs across National Key Accounts.
  • Creating and implementing joint strategic national business plans.
  • Managing innovation programs and facilitating events.
  • Implementing forecasting processes with sales teams and customer representatives.
Requirements
