Our client is one of Australia's leaders in Logistics, Transport, Supply Chain, and Retail, with rapidly expanded offerings including bundled, on-demand, and premium delivery options.
About the role :
Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will be responsible for generating, growing, and maximizing sales revenue by engaging with customers, establishing new accounts, and strategically planning your portfolio growth.
Duties & key responsibilities :
Identify and win new business across the market, focusing on last-mile and same-day delivery solutions using innovative technology.
Develop and execute business development plans, from prospecting and outreach to managing the full sales process—cold calling, tailored proposals, engaging presentations, and closing contracts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline by tracking competitors and monitoring shifts in retail, e-commerce, and related sectors.
Strengthen and nurture client relationships for long-term success using a consultative approach and ongoing communication to foster satisfied, repeat customers.
Collaborate with operations, support, and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and that service delivery meets client needs.
The ideal candidate will have industry knowledge and the ability to adapt and grow their career further.
