Job Description:
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and generating leads from small to medium-sized companies in Australia. You will use LinkedIn, email, and other channels to build connections, nurture relationships, and create opportunities for JK Lucent to provide IT services. This is a key role that directly impacts our business development strategy and growth.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients in Australia through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
Generate high-quality leads by initiating conversations with decision-makers such as CEOs, CTOs, and other key stakeholders.
Craft engaging outreach messages through LinkedIn and email to capture interest in JK Lucent's IT services.
Nurture leads through consistent follow-ups and communication to convert them into qualified prospects.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on target markets and outreach strategies.
Prepare and share weekly reports on lead generation activities, progress, and outcomes.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors in the Australian IT services market.
Key Requirements:
1 to 5 years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably targeting international markets (Australia preferred).
Proven experience using LinkedIn, email campaigns, and other channels for lead generation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages.
Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
