**Your day to day**
As Business Development Executive you'll manage MICE bookings for the resort from sourcing new business, converting leads, being the dedicated liaison between customer and the resort in the sales stage. You will maximise short and long term performance in line with the annual business and strategic sales and marketing revenue plan as well as the assisting the IHG global footprint.
**What we need from you**
For this vital role, we are looking for someone who has: - Undertaken formal Sales Management training with a minimum 2 years' experience in a sales capacity with a proven track record of success - Comprehension of Hotel systems and planning and execution principles - Strong presentation, commercial and communication skills - Strong influencer and persuader with a flexible work approach. - Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and;
- Proactive approach to developing and maintaining strong relations with clients and stakeholders, with a strong focus on conversion - Keeps abreast of changes and assesses trends in market conditions and consumer buying behaviour to create strategies that drive business opportunities. - Strategic and tactical thinker - ability to develop strategic sales plans, establish goals and objectives, set performance targets and deliver projects on time You must meet the legal rights to work in this country.
