Seeking a Dynamic Executive Assistant with a Property Background

Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a keen eye for detail and a background in property management or real estate? We're on the lookout for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join this high-end project marketing organisation.

You will be supporting the sales director and helping with the projects team, working closely with marketing, outside suppliers, clients and the wider team. We are looking for someone who loves being organised, and proactive and wants to represent a prestige brand.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** WIP Reporting**: Ensuring all projects are up to date, to share that information across the team.
- ** Meeting Minutes**: You will be involved in meeting with clients, and from those meetings create actionable tasks to be completed or delegated.
- ** Calendar Management**: Expertly organize and maintain executive calendars, ensuring optimal time management and scheduling efficiency.
- ** Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including but not limited to drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing travel arrangements.
- ** Marketing Support**: Working with the Marketing Team, outside suppliers, event organisers and clients' marketing team.
- ** Project Coordination**: Support executives in overseeing property-related projects, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- ** Previous Experience**: Proven experience in an administrative role, within the property management or real estate industry.
- ** Organisational Skills**: Exceptional organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- ** Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
- ** Discretion**: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion.

This will suit someone who has previously supported a busy property professional. The role is based in Main Beach, but the office will be moving to Burleigh. Currently, there is off-street parking a short walk away from the office, but after the move, there will be onsite parking. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday unless there is an event or launch. Corporate Office Environment.

The role is paying $60-70K + super
