Role Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated educator to lead the care and learning of children between 6 weeks and 5 years old.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator, contributing to the growth and development of young minds.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement engaging and educational programs for young children, fostering their cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
- Maintain strong relationships with staff, children, and families, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment.
- Stay up-to-date with current industry standards and best practices, including the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Create stimulating and inviting environments that promote children's learning and well-being.
- Completed or working towards Diploma or Cert III in Children's Services
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Full First Aid, Emergency asthma, and anaphylaxis management training
- Current and relevant child protection certificate
- Ongoing professional development training
