As a Child Development Specialist, you will play a key role in helping children achieve a sustainable transition back to school. You will work holistically to deliver evidence-based interventions, using a strengths-based, trauma-informed, client-centred and solution-focused approach.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  1. Engaging children in education: Supporting children to engage positively in education and empowering parents and caregivers to do the same.
  2. Building strong networks and partnerships: Building and maintaining strong networks, service delivery partnerships, and effective referral pathways to support children's education.
  3. Collecting and recording data: Collecting and recording data and information for accountability, evaluation, and reporting purposes.
