Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, maintaining key partnerships, and developing strategic business plans to drive favorable outcomes for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key partners to develop and implement strategic business plans.
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to bolster demand generation efforts across wholesalers, distributors, processors, and retailers.
  • Build and sustain a strong sales pipeline, onboarding new customers while maintaining existing business relationships.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market dynamics, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to fine-tune sales strategies.
  • Evaluate sales performance and provide the team with actionable insights.
  • Resolve any sales obstacles to ensure a smooth buyer experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong experience working with sales targets and quotas.
  • An analytical mindset with a strong problem-solving mindset.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to customer satisfaction.
