Strategic Bid Coordinator

The role of a Strategic Bid Coordinator is pivotal in the tender and submissions process. This individual will work closely with estimators, project managers, and the leadership team to prepare compelling, compliant, and deadline-driven bids that showcase the company's strengths and ability to exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end bid and tender submissions efficiently.
  • Liaise with internal teams and consultants to gather content, capability statements, and project examples.
  • Format and produce visually engaging submissions, EOIs, and proposals.
  • Maintain and update the bid library, including CVs, project sheets, and company profiles.
  • Support marketing efforts such as capability statements and award submissions.
  • Track submission deadlines and tender portals, ensuring timely and high-quality output.
Requirements:
  • 2–5 years' experience in a similar role within construction, architecture, or engineering.
  • Strong InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude.
