Strategic Bid Coordinator

A successful Bid Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the bid process.
Main Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate submissions
- Develop and maintain comprehensive bid documents, including pricing and technical proposals
- Foster strong relationships with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop targeted bids
- Effectively manage bid schedules, deadlines, and project requirements
- Proven experience in bid coordination or a related field, preferably with a focus on strategic planning
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to think critically and outside the box
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications
