
Strategic Account Growth Lead

The ideal candidate for this Senior Account Manager position will be responsible for managing integrated advertising campaigns, leveraging multiple disciplines to achieve client objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior leadership and the broader account management team in delivering exceptional results.
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, incorporating advertising, CRM, and digital communications.
- Organize project resources, ensure timely completion within scope, and maintain budgetary control.
- Contribute to strategic brief development, discussion, and creative inspiration.
- Proactively manage briefs, timelines, work-in-progress, job numbers, and estimates to optimize efficiency.
- Foster positive working relationships with the agency team, acting as a mentor to junior staff members.
- Generate innovative ideas that challenge perceptions of the client brand and drive market presence.
Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Senior Account Manager within a Creative or Communications Agency environment.
- Multidisciplinary team experience, with a proven track record of managing integrated campaigns and communications projects.
- Knowledge of various advertising mediums, including TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and emerging media platforms.
