">The Role
">We are seeking an experienced Farm Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between farming and commercial operations to ensure seamless delivery of premium products. You will lead a technical team of five direct and eleven indirect reports, developing and overseeing seasonal cropping, nutrition, and protection plans, as well as planning for key resources such as consumables, machinery, and staff.

- Develop and implement agronomic plans, budgets, and forecasts that drive operational efficiency and achieve best-in-class yields and cost benchmarks.">
- Lead and mentor a technical team to optimize yield per hectare, cost per kilogram, and meet demand.">
- Collaborate closely with Farm Managers and the Supply Planning team to ensure operational plans are executed effectively and adapt to environmental changes.">

About You
">We are looking for a results-driven professional with significant experience in large-scale, intensive horticulture. Your expertise should span land preparation, planting, irrigation, and harvesting, complemented by strong agronomic planning and budget management skills. Proficiency with Excel and data analysis is essential.
">What Sets You Apart
">We are seeking someone with a proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive agronomic plans, strong leadership and interpersonal skills to inspire teams and improve collaboration, and a track record of driving operational performance. Ideally, you would be based in the Riverland, South Australia, where you can take advantage of our excellent remuneration package, which includes a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, short-term incentive, a house in the Riverland or housing allowance, and vehicle.
