Roster Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arcare Aged Care, a leading provider of aged care services in Australia. As a Roster Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our residences, delivering quality care to our residents, and maintaining a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all shifts and meet the care requirements of residents.
- Manage shift changes, leave, and time off, finding suitable replacements when necessary to maintain staffing levels.
- Maintain effective communication with staff members, informing them of their schedules, shift changes, and any updates or important information related to their work.
- Collaborate with the facility's management team to align staffing needs with budgetary constraints and optimize workforce management.
- Ability to manage rostering and team member allocations.
- Experience using employee scheduling software such as Humanforce or Time Target.
- Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
- Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
- Friendly and effective communication abilities.
