About the Role
Our Workforce Planners play a crucial role in the payroll and rostering process for employees in our Aged Care Centres. This part-time position will be based across our Aged Care Centres in the region.
We're seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team on a part-time basis, working a minimum of 32 hours per week from 11:00am to 7:30pm. Weekend and varied shift work may be required in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop schedules in line with business needs and industry guidelines.
- Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources and manage contacts from employees and team leaders.
- Process employee status changes and employment transactions, ensuring compliance with company and industry policies.
- Manage planned and unplanned absences, assessing requirements for backfilling or additional shifts.
- Ensure all company and industry guidelines are met.
- Set up new staff on our systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in rostering and/or a similar position.
- Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
- Payroll Certification (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
