About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced OSH Coordinator to lead our team of Educators at Chittaway Bay OSHClub.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, including compliance and administration.

You will work closely with our state-specific office and regional managers to ensure the smooth operation of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and facilitate engaging child-centered programs that promote learning and development.
  • Foster healthy relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
  • Lead a team of Educators, including roster management and staff development.
  • Manage the service's operations, including compliance and administration.
