About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing schedules, assisting with rostering, and ensuring compliance with company and industry guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement schedules that meet business needs
- Assist with rostering and employee resource management
- Process employee status changes and employment transactions
- Manage contacts from employees and team leaders regarding absences and backfilling
- Ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines
- Previous experience in rostering and/or payroll coordination
- Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, or a related field
- High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems
- Payroll certification (desirable)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
