About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Workforce Planner to join our team in the Eurobodalla Region. As a Workforce Planner, you will play a critical role in the payroll and rostering process for employees in our Aged Care Centres.
Key Responsibilities- Develop schedules in line with business needs and ensure compliance with relevant industrial instruments.
- Assist the Workforce Coordinator to effectively roster employee resources and manage contacts from employees and team leaders.
- Process employee status changes and employment transactions, and publish rosters in a timely manner.
- Manage backfilling or additional shifts as required, and ensure compliance with company and industry guidelines.
- Set up new staff on the systems and provide a professional service to our staff.
- Previous experience in rostering and/or a similar position.
- Qualifications in business, commerce, human resources, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- High-level skills with Microsoft Office products and HR information systems.
- Payroll Certification (desirable).
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
