About the Role
As an OSH Coordinator at Chittaway Bay OSHClub, you will be responsible for leading a team of Educators and managing a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You will work across split shifts to support the service's operating hours of Monday – Friday, 6:30am – 08:30am (Rise then Shine Program) and 2:30pm – 6:00pm (Stay and Play Program).
About the Job
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into. Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.
