Advanced Analytics Leader

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Analytics Leader to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with executive leadership and be responsible for delivering strategic insights using advanced analytics, modeling, research, machine learning, and predictive analytics.

  • Engage with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop analytical solutions for customers and business.
  • Combine inquisitiveness with understanding of customer context to create innovative solutions for business unit customers.
  • Be accountable for the research, design, delivery, deployment, and monitoring of complex advanced analytics components (data, models, algorithms, etc).
  • Work within an agile framework to deliver incremental value to business customers.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and possess exceptional technical capability in one or more areas of data science/machine learning/AI.

Key Skills:

  • 5+ years' experience in a Machine Learning or Data Scientist role with a track record of building and implementing Machine Learning or Deep Learning models.
  • Combination of deep technical skills and business savvy enough to interface with all levels and disciplines within our organization.
  • Previous experience delivering data insights and analysis to executive stakeholders.
  • Experience with designing processes including process mapping, discovery, exploratory data analysis, gap analysis, monitoring, and measuring.
  • Expertise in managing data assets, such as data collection, consolidation, modeling, and visualization, with a focus on maintaining data integrity for business analytics.
