As a Strategic Insights Professional, you will drive impact through data-driven insights in early learning services. You will utilize analytical skills to improve outcomes across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Maintain Dashboards
- Analyse large data sets including enrolment, workforce, revenue, and utilisation metrics
- Presents meaningful insights and recommendations to operational leaders
- Maintain data integrity through validation, cleansing, and reconciliation activities
- Support strategic projects with modelling, outcomes measurement, and scenario testing
- At least 2 years' experience in an analytical or reporting role
- Strong skills in Power BI, Excel, and database management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and data quality practices
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and visual storytelling
- You create reliable dashboards and reports that are trusted by service leaders
- You uncover trends and gaps that improve outcomes for children and families
The successful candidate will play a critical role in shaping a data-informed culture and helping leaders confidently use data to drive continuous improvement.
